This template is a single-member, member-managed, LLC Operating Agreement. It is intended for US limited liability companies (LLCs) only.
If you have an LLC, even if you’re the only member, you NEED an Operating Agreement.
One of the best things about structuring your business as an LLC is the liability protection it provides, however you have to follow certain business formalities to protect this liability protection.
Having an Operating Agreement may help protect your personal assets from business liabilities. It is not the only step, but it is an important one.
